Wholeheartedly ("we", "us", or "our") builds Shopify apps for merchants. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

When you install one of our Shopify apps, we may access the following store data as required to operate the app:

• Product information including titles, prices, and variant data
• Basic store information such as store name and currency settings
• Theme settings related to app functionality

We do not collect personal information about your customers. We do not collect payment information, credit card numbers, or sensitive personal data.

How we use your data

We use store data solely to operate and improve our apps. Specifically:

• Product and variant data is used to display prices on your storefront
• Store settings are used to configure app behavior correctly
• Usage data may be collected in aggregate to improve app performance

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Our theme app extensions run directly in your storefront and do not transmit store data to external servers. Product and pricing data is read from your store at page load time and is not stored by us.

We take reasonable measures to protect any data we do handle, in line with industry standards.

Third party services

Our apps operate within the Shopify platform. Shopify's own privacy policy governs data handled by Shopify's infrastructure. You can review Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Your rights

You may uninstall any of our apps at any time from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall, we cease all access to your store data. If you would like us to confirm deletion of any stored data, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
